Introducing our newest product offering 1:1 online skipping coaching for adults and children. This virtual product entitles you to a 40min 1:1 skipping coaching session via Zoom with our SKIPnROPE coach Mark. Coaching is available for all levels of skippers from beginners through to more advanced skippers. Mark has over 9 years experience teaching skipping throughout Ireland.

To reserve your session, make sure to book your time slot on Calendly in the Online Skipping Coaching Section on our website. Click here to see all the available times.

We can tailor each session to your specific needs and your fitness and skipping level, this includes…

  • Basics Skips as a Beginner
  • Footwork Skills (For improved agility & balance as an athlete)
  • Double Unders (Beginners and Advanced)
  • Freestyle Skills
  • Speed Skipping
  • Skipping Workouts

If you are totally new to the world of skipping and want to learn a vareity of skills, Mark can create skipping sessions tailored to your goals.

  • Sessions will be 40mins of learning skipping skills/workouts.
  • Please be aware that you will need to do your own warm up and stretching both before & after the skipping session. These elements will not be catered for during the 40mins.
  • We advise that you skip on a skipping/yoga mat during you session. (But it is not compulsory)
