The SKIPnROPE 10ft skipping rope is suitable for adults, teenagers and tall children. The 10ft skipping rope is adjustable to different lengths because each rope contains a plastic adjustable snap lock system.

Typically your rope length should be; your height plus 3ft. Please test out the rope at this length by doing 50 skips, make it longer/shorter if necessary & test with 50 skips again.

The rope has a 5mm thick vinyl white cord. The medium 5-inch handle can help adults learn the basic skipping techniques. The skipping rope develops speed and freestyle tricks. The handles are easy to use and comfortable as they are made from PVC plastic. Each skipping rope is available in a variety of handle colours.
